Itinerary

Arrive in Casablanca and begin a leisurely city tour including a visit to the Hassan II Mosque, distinguished by its Moorish architecture, followed by Mohamed V Square and the Habous Quarter with its Andalusian architectural style. Enjoy dinner at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive north to Tangier, the gateway between Morocco and Europe. Upon arrival, visit Cap Spartal for views over the Spanish coastline at the meeting point of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, and stop briefly to photograph the lighthouse. Enjoy lunch in Tangier, then spend the afternoon discovering the medina, beginning with the Kasbah Museum — founded in the 7th century by Sultan Moulay Ismail and now housing woodwork, Roman mosaics, and jewelry. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Chefchaouen, crossing part of the Rif Mountains with its rich flora of pine and cork trees. Built by Andalusian refugees, Chefchaouen is a picturesque hillside town of whitewashed houses, tiny balconies, and blue-painted doors. Visit the Kasbah at Outa Hammam, founded in the 17th century in the heart of the medina. After lunch at a local restaurant, depart for Fez, admiring beautiful landscapes and Berber mud-brick houses along the way. Dinner on arrival at your hotel or riad in Fez.

After breakfast, set out for a full-day city tour of Fez, the spiritual and intellectual capital of Morocco, founded in the 9th century. Highlights include the medina gates, the Karaouiyine Mosque, El-Attarine Medersa, the tanneries, Fondouk El-Nejjarine (housing a museum of wood crafts in a restored 18th-century building), and Nejjarine Fountain. After lunch at a typical Moroccan restaurant in the medina, continue the tour through the potter's quarter, the King's Palace (from outside), and Bab Boujloud. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

After breakfast, drive to the Roman city of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site founded by King Juba II and famous for its beautifully preserved mosaics. Continue to Meknes for lunch — a 17th-century imperial city whose UNESCO-listed medina includes the Sultan's Stables (Hri Souani), the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, and the majestic Bab Mansour gate. After lunch, drive to Rabat. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

After breakfast, begin the city tour of Rabat, Morocco's capital, visiting the Royal Palace (from outside), the Mohammed V Mausoleum, and Hassan Tower. Drive to Casablanca for lunch, then continue to Marrakech across a vast plateau of fertile and desertic landscapes. Dinner and overnight at your hotel or riad in Marrakech.

After a leisurely breakfast, begin a full-day tour of Marrakech. Morning visits include the Koutoubia Mosque, El Mnebhi Palace, and Medersa Ben Youssef in the medina. After lunch at a typical restaurant, visit a craft cooperative inside the medina to learn about Moroccan craftsmanship, then enjoy a walking tour through the souk beginning and ending at the UNESCO-listed Jemaa el-Fna Square — a vibrant medieval scene of jugglers, fortune tellers, snake charmers, dancers, herbalists, and food stalls. Dinner and overnight at your hotel or riad.

After checkout, you will be transferred to Casablanca Airport for your return flight.
